WNRC enjoyed a glorious day hosting the start of the 2025 Great Ouse Marathon, with a huge team of volunteers welcoming crews from all over the country & abroad to launch from our fabulous new pontoon & race the 22km to Ely.

Busy day at St Neots Regatta - more pots!

WNRC crews had fun at St Ives Regatta and came home with some pots!

West Norfolk were honoured to host the 2025 Head of the East on the River Great Ouse at Denver Sluice. It was a glorious day and a host of volunteers, umpires, marshals, supporters and crews from over 20 clubs made a memorable event. Look out for the 2026 event, which will again be at WNRC!

Congratulations to Matty & Liz for their performances in singles at the Head of the Nene. Thanks to Peterborough City RC and to all the WNRC supporters who showed up.

WNRC new rowers took part in the Great Ouse Cup event at St Neots. This has been established over the last few years as a three-club novices' friendly competitive series, aiming to introduce skills and racing experience to new rowers. West Norfolk, Ely and St Neots crews compete at Sprint Regatta, Skills Challenge and Head Race events at each others' clubs. Great fun and good experience.

This time a one-off finale was held with time trial & sprint regatta. Composite crews and a hot lunch ensured a good time was had by all. WNRC finished in second place behind the hosts.
